By accessing or using HomeDive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. When creating an account, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance by ticking a checkbox at registration. This confirmation is recorded along with the date and version of the Terms in effect at that time. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

You must be at least 18 years old to use HomeDive. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

HomeDive provides data-driven insights into locations and constituencies across the UK, using a combination of public and open data sources. The information and outputs provided are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making any decision related to property, relocation, or investment.

When you use HomeDive, we collect information including your search queries, location inputs, usage behaviour, and account details. This data is used to deliver and improve the service. We may also use aggregated and anonymised data, from which no individual user can be identified, for internal analysis and commercial purposes, including sharing insights with third parties such as property platforms, financial services providers, and market research organisations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Any data shared externally is anonymised and aggregated before being used or disclosed. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. By using HomeDive, you consent to the data practices described in both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to create an account or sign in using Google, we receive certain information from Google as part of that authentication process, including your name and email address. This information is used solely to create and manage your HomeDive account. We do not receive your Google password or access to any other Google account data.

Certain features of HomeDive are made available through paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable law. On cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which access to paid features will cease. Saved searches, reports, and other data associated with your account may no longer be accessible following cancellation of a paid plan.

You agree to use HomeDive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to scrape, copy, or systematically extract data; access the service through automated means; resell or redistribute any content or outputs; or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these restrictions without notice.

All content, branding, software, and design elements of HomeDive are the property of HomeDive and its licensors. You may use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of HomeDive without our prior written consent.

HomeDive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make no guarantees that the data displayed will be complete, up to date, or free of errors. We accept no responsibility for any loss, harm, or decision arising from reliance on information provided by the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeDive and its affiliates disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HomeDive in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to access HomeDive will cease immediately. We also reserve the right to discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
