When you use HomeDive, we collect the following:

• Account information, including your name, email address, and subscription preferences when you register.
• Search and usage data, including the searches you perform, locations and areas you explore, filters you apply, and how you interact with the platform.
• Payment information when you purchase a subscription. Payment details are processed by our third-party payment provider and are not stored directly by us.
• Technical data, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, used to maintain security and reliability.

We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver the HomeDive service, process payments, and respond to any queries you raise with us.

We also analyse search and usage data to improve the platform and understand how it is used. We may produce aggregated and anonymised data sets derived from user activity, including search behaviour and location interest, from which no individual user can be identified. This anonymised data may be used internally, shared with, or sold to third parties including property platforms, financial services providers, insurance companies, market research organisations, and similar commercial partners. No data shared or sold in this way can be traced back to you as an individual.

HomeDive uses cookies and similar technologies to provide core functionality, manage sessions, remember your preferences, and gather analytics about how the platform is used. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. Payment information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable industry standards.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, including payment processors, analytics partners, and cloud hosting providers. These parties are contractually required to use your data only as necessary to support HomeDive.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law or in response to a valid request from a regulatory authority. Aggregated and anonymised data, which contains no personally identifiable information, is not subject to the same restrictions and may be shared or sold as described above.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons. Anonymised and aggregated data is retained indefinitely and is not subject to deletion requests, as it cannot be linked to any individual.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain types of processing, and request your data in a portable format where technically feasible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of HomeDive following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
